Question Trust in your bike

Here recently i had the r/r go out on my bike, 2 days later the r/r went bad again. well i put the another one. I know there is bad parts sometimes. the guy at the dealership was pretty cool even gave me discount on a new jacket. but anyways i been riding around a few weeks with a volt meter wired up so i can watch it. really havent went on a long ride yet maybe a hour long at the most. my question is how do you get back the trust, actually believe in your bike that its going to get you to point a to point b and back

i thought this would be about trusting your bike in a lean ^^

my first two bikes gave me a lot of problems. my first bike was a 2 stroke and it had reliability issues. my 2nd bike was a F3 with a faulty R/R. With both, I had to push start many times. One time, a stranger who rode bikes loaded my bike into his truck and took me home (I was 10 miles away and pushing a 400 pound bike home in the smoldering heat). many a times I would be seen pushing a bike up a hill in order for me to start it.

so take it from me when i say you gain the trust back pretty much immediately after you fix the problem in question and you go for a ride or two afterwards. after that 2nd day of no problems, you forget the past issues knowing that the problem is solved. the only thing you will think about afterwards is how much fun you are having.

and i just read hangfire's post and he is 100 percent correct ^^
