The price is insane !! Google says 35K AUD is 36 USD. Ridiculus for a Harly. That's more than the average starting price for a GW about 26K the last time I checked and worth (functionally) tons more than any Harley. Whatever, yo money , spends it how ya likes...
I have a friend that swears by the GW. At some point it does get funny. He swears he can out run a 'Busa, let alone my 1000F. Horsepower/weight ratio's, specs - don't mean anything to him.Again whatever.
I wave at all of them, they can wave back or not. I'm in heaven riding and it takes more than that to bum me out. I just smile - figuring it must really suck to be a butt-head.

All too often
I mean atleast most harley guys wave back at me. There is a POW/MIA rally of some sort going on today in my area and i saw about 9 bikes throughout my short trip. Not all at once but broken up into smaller groups. Every one of them was on a straight road with no other cars. Just me in one lane and them heading the opposite way.
The only people to wave back were the 2 cruisers and one passanger on a trike.
Every other person just looked at me like i was breaking up their coffee sipping time, or stopping them from adjusting their heater position.
When i got to the honda shop to get new brake pads there were about 5 Goldwings taking up the parking spots so i parked next to one and when i took my helemt off i said "Nice day to ride huh" to the guy 2 bikes down. He just looked at me like i was stupid. I mean if i looked like a dick or something i could understand but i WAS IN UNIFORM. I dont have shorts, a tanktop and a mowhawk on doing wheelies trying to wave at them. Just kinda shocked me i guess.
Just thought i would share and see if anyone else had a similar experience.

Exactly !!!!!!!! .... only bloody ding bats with ego's the size of the Pacific , that match there over inflated check books!!! even bother to buy the bloody things here ...
All a waste of good cash and effort I think
.... considering also , that most of the twitts that buy these bloody heaps of over priced **** are **** idiot's with no self esteem to start with and cant ride to freakin save themselves most of the time anyway !!!.... so they go buy a these huge **** , no handling , over weight , over sized heap of crap ego on wheels, to prop up there own flagging egos and limp!!! .....

you know whats funny about it all, is that you will see all the harley riders at a MotoGP, but yet they hate on the streets! So why go if you hate sportbikes. But here in Indy we need more riders involved within the MotoGP so Im not hating on them just saying.
