I've been going through the same thing, selling the bike I mean (not getting engaged). Came close a few times, thought about getting a car etc. but soon realised that I just can't do it.
If you did sell it, sure you can get another one, but you (& your partner!!!) will always have a reason not to part with the cash. Just realise that its not just a bike, but part of your life, your mental excercise & a way of unwinding, & mostly fun. KEEP IT

I hear alot of maturity coming through! A baby is a fascinating ride on its own. A bike is a thing, and doesn't compare to a person. You have a good head on your shoulders, and as you develope as a woman, your life will make choices for you. Does it have to be one or the other? Could a compromise be met ? Rides can begreat for clearing the head when overwhelmed by life-choices (for me), but wondering if today is the day your gonna bite it sucks too. I guess I would say get rid of the bike, get the husband and child. But I'd miss thee! Still gonna do the calender, right? Peace, Grayson.

Audi ..Pitts is a chick I highly doubt she has what we have in between our legs unless its her bike.
Pitts do what you gotta do, I only came back to riding after my son was born he is just over 2yrs and I ride when he is in bed and whenever I can; its my alone time. I just make sure all my stuff is in order incase I go meet my maker be it on a bike, in car or whatever my family should be looked after, and really thats the extent of control you have. everything else is outta your hands
good luck in your choices

Thanks for all the input....I'm still up in the air about it...I'm not ready to sell it now, but have been thinking about it a good deal..well at least maintaining the value of it...I do not think it's practical to keep when I have a baby on the way, but I'm not planning for that for at least 2-3 years from now....aaaghhhh WHATEVER!
Audi...YOU ARE A MOMO....I DO NOT HAVE A WINKER! MY MAN DOES! get it now....LOL!!![8D]
