If they would have caught him somehow, then he'd be in even worse shape than he already is. I understand where you are coming from, though, but it would be a huge crap shoot.

 

yeah.. if he ran, he'd prolly be in jail for 30 years after the cop blows a tire at 130mph and dies... You can't win unless you have money or your really really really lucky.

Got another story. My friend last year got a DWI. He was driving down a one way street the wrong way. He only had one beer and was well below the .08 limit but because he was underage, he got the DWI. And in all fairness, the street used to be a two way before he left summer. When he returned to school, it was a one way... Funny story, but it costed him about 4000 bucks.

Another friend got a DWI after he jumped a speed hump doing 70mph and got airborn on his POS camery. He had a hair over .08 and the speed hump was out in the middle of no where. The cop didn't see him jump the curve, but pulled him after he slowed down to 35mph in a 25 zone.
