If you go down without sliders your plastic is gonna look a whole lot worse than a hole! One word of caution regarding sliders, is that ponited metal ones can dig in and flip the bike! I had a customer that had those on and that's what happened to his bike. Another customer dropped his bike and had to replace a lot of plastic and when I suggested sliders he already had them but had not put them on yet. Ouch!

Hayden...do not buy those. If the choice is those or nothing at all, I would chose nothing at all. I have heard many stories of no cuts causing more damage, like Schira has alluded to. Cut your plastic, dude...everyone is doing it...it will make you feel good. How's my peer pressure working out?

well i guess im gonna pass on sliders then for now, im not in the mood to be cutting my plastics....i guess ill just grin and bear it if i go down......
