Welcome back, I'm hanging out for summer (decent weather) when I can drag my sorry **** back onto a few decent rides myself.
Doctor once told me that giving up ciggies was easy, he did it all the time.
I still smoke, but not a huge amount like I used to, although after a few drinks.....
Had most success with nicotine gum & gave up for a couple of years, until I hit a couple of high time stress. Biggest hurdle is that you have to want to quit.

I agree with the biggest hurrdle. She has no motivation to better herself health wise right now. She thinks that because she is skinny she is alright.
My argument was "My mom was skinny at one point too". Owell. Maybe once we get her a new car she might stop smoking to save a little bit of money.
estate4life- My grandma quit smoking cold turkey by putting her smoke money in a jar everyday. Close to 2 grand is what she had at the end of the year. She took a nice vacation with it.
