In the entire history of the universe, this sentence is the only time, ever, that 'good' and 'Cheney' should be put together...lol

RE: sportbikes are WORSE?!
I think it's funny that, I can cruise all day long @ the speed limit, with cagers flying by me at 10-15mph over the speed limit, running stoplights and stop signs... then when i split lanes (legal in cali) or go 5 mph over the speed limit, all **** hits the fan...
we know we are targeted in this area, and we (the guys i ride with) all make a point to ride as safe as possible to go against the stereotype.

Marketing. The answer to every question that begins with 'I don't get it, why do people like....' is marketing. People are sheep. People know only what they are told, whether it is mathmatics or fashion (the Harley craze is fashion). Marketing picks our Presidents, marketing makes our laws. Marketing runs America, not brains.

There are idiots on bikes and idiots in cars doesn't matter what brand or where they are produced. Take a look at those "ALL AMERICAN" type people, how many drive an imported car (from japan, germany, doesn't matter if it's not american), how many have electronics, radios, etc. that are usually from japan, you can't live in an "all american" world unless you build a cabin in the mountains and stay there. Look at how many car manufacturers are building there cars here to save import fees. I say ride what makes YOU happy let the others say what they want. I am 42 have a wife and a son I don't get out there and do stupid crap on the street but people still look at me as if I am 20 and do that stuff until they see me and her on our bikes and our son on back with me.Alot of sport bikers don't get involved in stuff. Last year I was in a charity ride for a local childrens home. In my group of about 40 or 50 bikes there were THREE SPORT BIKES! When we got to the childrens home and the events started, there were about 400 to 500 bikes there but less than two dozen were sport bikes. Some times we make our selves look bad. It sometimes how others perceives you to be makes your reputation.
