I would be curious to know too. I have been toying with the idea of an f4i SF project for a bit now.

 

Generally they are the same. Im currently doing it to my F3. The one thing you have to watch out for is your wheel alignment. I have to run a positive offset on the back tire because the f3 frame is small. Prevents me from aligning the wheel without a lot of frame modding.
