Default Single Sided swing arm

what do you guys think I picked up a wrecked 01 f4i to work on and I'm piecing it back together and I was thinking about buying a intercepter 750's single sided swing arm for the rear.

for those of you who have no clue what im talking about its the rear wheel of this bike

It bolts right up to an f4i so i'd work just great. it'll cost me 500 bucks total to have it stuck on my bike. What do you think?

Im thinking it's pretty damn sexy for 500 bucks

Yep, I've always liked the look of the SSSA.
I didn't think it would bolt right up, tho.

I remember first seeing the new CB1000R in a bike mag and thinking how the single sided swingarm was probably the coolest thing on it.
I don't know what it is about 'em, but they are just plain sweet looking.

Plus, you see very few SSSA conversions on F4i's. Very unique mod if you can do it for around $500.

I believe I could put a older model VFR SSSA on my F2. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah it bolts right up to most honda models actually im not sure about the f2 but it does on the f4i as far as the wheelbase Im not entirely sure. Not to mention the interceptor 750 has a 170 wheel not a 180 but you can mount a 180 on it. it's little things but /shrug I think it's worth it if I plan on keeping the bike

As far as the chain and sprocket I have the whole interceptor bike and tools :P so i can steal any parts I need

i really hate to bring back a thread thats been in the grave so long, but did you ever put the vfr swingarm on the f4i? ive been able to find WADS of info about putting a sssa on 900's,954's, 929's, and f3's but nothing on f4i's. and the forum posts that i have found are of people asking about it but there usualy isnt any helpful replies.
