Single sided swing arm
Hey everyone i was wondering a few things cause im about to do this swap. I have a cbr600 f2, ndi pln on using a hawk gt swinger. How does the swing arm bolt up in place of the old one do i still use the same swing arm bolt? Also do i need to match new bearing up that fit inside the hawk gt swing arm or will the factory ones still work? A couple of other things to. I plan on using a vfr hub and 8 spoked rim with either a 190 or 180 tire How can i fit a larger tire on it without getting into the chain? I know right now on my f2 rear wheel i cant fit any larger than a 160 cause it will get into my chain. so how is that possible with this other swingarm and wheel setup going to change that without have the chain tracking wrong? Is he wheel and hub assembly from the vfr going to space the wheel out alittle farther from the chain. I have chopped my factory tail off and welded new brackets on to fit an 02 r6 tail on so i know i can o this swap i just need a little tech tips from someone that has possibly done this before thanks for reading and any future advice

well im not worried about that part i just need to know when i get the 91 style 8 spoke vfr wheel and hub will i have to modify the break setup? can i use the vfr hub and break rotor with the hawk caliper? or do i have to use the vfr caliper? here is what i am wanting to do. i want to mount the hawk swinger on my f2 with a 91 style 8 spoke vfr wheel and hub assembly what will i need and need to do with this setup? i also heard you can use the vfr wheel with the hawk assembly. either with the 4 lug setup or the single nut setup like the ducati. anyone want to confirm or deny? also rsp your bike is SICK i wish mine looked like yours good job man you should be roud of that beast which i am sure that you are. i think your bike looks better than new bikes coming out.
