the problem I am most Pissed about is I got $9000 worth of medical bills...... $7500 in lost wages.... and my lawyer is saying the most I can get is $10,000 for everything.... WTF did I hire him for.... good thing is I got a contract stating that anything $10,000 and below he wont charge.. but he didn't do anythinganyway.

and I also forgot to add I am 1000 in debt from loans to make ends meet while out of work.
