Im in a financial pinch right now and I really dont want to but im debating selling my bike to make ends meet. I am just curious as to what you guys think its worth to see if i should even pursue trying to sell it.

The bike has been down once going about 15-20 mph. My body absorbed most of the impact. As a result the tail got rashed some and there are a few chips up front. Nothing major at all. Other than that the bike is perfect. Oil changed every 1500 miles. Rear tire replaced about 1000 miles ago. What kind of price do you guys think i could get for the bike with all the gear included?

HJC is a CL-14 and black. My girl wore it twice and hates riding so its sat ever since.

 

Yea, I wouldsay anywhere between 6800-7800 depending on where you are located and what it all looks like.

 

Hjc Cl-14 is a stupid helmet. When I bought my 954 I bought one for like 100 bucks. When you follow a diesel your head is whipping around like crazy. When I got my new 1000 I got a shoei and when I follow diesels now it's a joke. Helmet is way more stable at high speeds. Also how many miles do you ride. I would forfeit a car for a bike. I ride rain or shine and average 14k a year. I bought an 06 harley sportster 1200 in september 05 and put 16400 on it. Then i traded it in for an 02 cbr 954 and put 5k on it back in march of 07. I bought an 06 cbr 1000 in late may of 07 and have put 1800 miles on it. I get 40 mpg on my commute of 50 miles a day because most of it is on the freeway. When you ride in the rain where your jacket and crotch down and you will not get wet at all. In my opinion sell the car and keep the bike man.

That would be a miracle. Sorry but it's true. If you really want to sell it then list it everywhere you can now and wait till someone gives you a realistic offer you're willing to take.

 

i have a CL-14 i dont seem to have the problem with it....im sure its not nearly as good at a 400-500 helmet, but its nice and comfy.
