... They are charging more for and 07' than what i payed for one back in 07'

That's usually how it is here. Winter prices are better than summer prices.

Guess I never thought of it that way... that it is riding season now (even though everyday is riding season in arizona) but its still rediculous that they want to charge more for a bike that is older now!!! i mean in a few months the 09' models should be making an apperance....

Maybe if you talked to a different salesperson and tell him what you are willing to pay... I know one guy who wrote the price he would pay on the back of his business card and said "I will not negotiate. If you will agree to this price, give me a call". Two days later, he got it for that price.
