Default Screw Setting for air duct screw on '04-'06?

Hey guys- a quick question for someone with an 04-06... On my 05, after some troubleshooting at the local shop, they gave my bike back to me without those dark gray air duct covers on that are right behind the upper cowl. My question is, when sitting on the bike, looking straight ahead, is there a rubber/plastic setting that those screws go into?

At - this link - , there is the diagram showing the part I am talking about. The screw I'm talking about is the #25 in the front of part #20. The diagram doesn't list one but my screws don't seem to be catching. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, it's Part #24 90111-KW3-003 NUT(5MM). It's one of those brass nuts used to secure the lower to the upper fairings; with the rubber gromet around them. Those in turn go in from behing the tank. Sometimes the screw will go in but they'll just spin, so you have reach behing and hold it in place while you screw it in.
They look like these:

BTW ~ If they didn't give the nuts back to you, I'd go back and ask for them. They're expensive.
