yes the dude was faster than traffic, but no one knows the minivan's speed nor the bike's speed...just that the bike was going faster...
so what if the squid was going speed limit and the van was going 15 less and cut in front of him?

dude should've been wearing gloves...how can you wear jacket, helmet, boots, etc. and not wear any gloves? grind away your knuckles, ligaments, etc...and you have zero use of your hands forever! i think it's just as important as a helmet....

 

how can you guys all say he was going faster than everyone else? none of you were there.. Same EXACT thing happened to me 2 years ago I hit the rear quarter right in front of the bumper after this lady cut over into my lane.. and guess what.. I WAS GOING UNDER THE SPEED LIMIT.

have you never been cut off by some1 going sslower then you? happens to me daily in my cage and on my bike...today on my way home from lunch a **** sucker cut me off to get in the fast lane and was doing 50 mph... people are stupid, and peoplr drive like ****, especially in so cal..their to worried about doing their make up while talking on the phone while sending a txt on their other phone and yelling at the kid in the back... they do stupid ****..just because you hit the back of a car by no means makes it your or makes you a squid..could be but as stated none of us were their..and as far as the general public is concerned its always the bikes fault
