That sucks man, thats such a pain. NJ just got rid of the whole needing to ride with a person who has their endorsement thing a couple years ago thankfully. I think that whole idea is pretty stupid to me. In a car it makes sense for a permit since the person can tell you what to do and talk to you and possibly take control somewhat in an emergency situation. I dont understand how the same is true on motorcycles though. A person on another bike isnt gonna be able to help you control yours or tell you how to react or what to do in the same types of situations. They cant use the clutch/brakes/gas or anything else for you either. After rides or when youre stopped they could obviously tell you what you did right/wrong and give some pointers but it wont change or help anything back when you did it.
