from what i can gather its true, i have 5 telly's one in each bedroom, one in the living room and one in the diningroom but i only have one licence they can shove buying a second where the sun dont shine

No, it's 110 for the entire house. Which is excellent. So it breaks down to be like 23-24 pounds per TV/month.
