So for christmas ordered my self a couple things for me one being a set of riding pants wit pads in them.
when I put my pants on the the knee guards are below my knees, so my question comes is this normal because from the looks of it when i get on the bike they should be in the right place. pretty noob question im sure but seeing with how long ive been ridding never personally owned the right gear, so i really wouldn't know about fitment.

Yup, they should slide up a bit once you're sitting on the bike. Good on you for ordering gear!

and yea just had my kid back in march and this was her first christmas i know shes gonna ride so I thought I would be smart and start setting the "good" example.

Haha, that's great man. Congratulations. In a few months - she'll be helping you in the garage. My little one (1 1/2 yr old) likes to work on everything with me. She loves to hand me wrenches, screw drivers and pretend she's helping.
