Here's the way I see it--and take it with a grain of salt, as it's coming from an old punk rocker who's been in (and lost) his share of fights.
YOU acted like a douche when you threw the finger to someone who YOU had no beef with. Let your friend either man up and fight his own goddamn fights, or continue to act like a bitch...either way it's not your problem unless your buddy is getting stomped by multiple people...then feel free to help.
YOU acted like a chump when you ran...had you dropped the guy when he pulled in the second time before his backup showed, they would have been more concerned with dealing with him, than dealing with you.

I didn't back down from even the biggest guys (and I go 5'8" and 135lbs), and that stopped more fights from happening than this silly playground name-calling and posturing of yoursever did. Stand your ground, taking a punch hurts, I won't deny that...but I'd rather take a punch like a man than run away like a chump. Don't start **** you can't handle or don't want to finish.

i hate when dudes cant handle stuff themselves. if he wanted to stop then he coulda got out and said stuff to you (not his girl) and he def. coulda fought you 1 on 1 if he wanted to fight. i hate when ppl want to get 4 guys to one just to fight, but wont do it 1 on 1. and even worse when somoene would rather pull a gun then fight 1 on 1.
one time i was at the skatepark. it was just me, my lil bro, and these two skate boarders that were their together (me and my bro blade) well all the boarders are always cool w. me (regardless of what tv tells you)
so were just skating and all the sudden this car pulls up with 5 guys in it, they come in and walk straight to one of the boarders who was already there and start talkin crap to him.
i guess the day before the guy who was driving the 5 peoplegot in an arguement with theboarder who wasalready thereand theboarder hit the guy who was driving the car in the face (the day before)...
so anyway... 24 hours later, the guy comes back w. 4 other guys 2 jump him... on top of that, the guy who got hit the first day is talkin all this crap, but not doing anything, the skateboarder is like, well lets go then quit talkin...
this is where it gets good...
the guy who got hit the day before pulls out PEPPERSPRAY, hits the guy with a shot in the face of pepper, and HIS FRIEND runs from behind the guy and tackles him they kinda kicked him for like 6 seconds before i jumped up and started sayin stuff, and these older guys at the softball field beside the skate park started yellin at them that theyd call the cops and crap so the "mob" left.
i thought it was probably one of the most ***** things to do ever... if you were that mad you shoulda stepped like a man when the dude hit you the first day... second of all you had him outnumbered 5 to 1 (the dudes friend obviously wasnt steppin in for him) and on top of all that, you pepper spray him??? really?
a couple days later i was at the park and the dude that jumped him was there (by himself) bragging about it to someone else and needless to say i called him out and he didnt say nothin back to me (ima little bigger, plus i was like 19 at the time and the kid was prob like 17 or maybe 18 but skinny... and i have tattoos so that automatically adds to toughness right? haha jk)

Dude your still young and someday you'll learn to just let **** go so you don't have to get yourself in crazy situations. I use to be alot like you at your age and even into my early 20's, but got tired of all the drama. Life is too short to be starting **** like that. If the guy is a D-bag let him be one and get on with your life. Now if you would have done nothing and the guy came up to your car and started **** and pushed you or damaged the car then I would say defend yourself and car, but you started it and it seems like he showed you.

Anyways. To clerify, Im 17 years old and I have yet to get in a real brawl with anyone other then a friend or my brothers. And those are the kind where you rough each other up with out throwing any face punches ya know. Now I did throw him the bird and I was expecting to get some **** for it. But I thought it was over with when he talked **** to me from his girl friends car ya know. ANd it just supprised me that he called all these guys. Being that Ive never fought I decided it was smarter to not start with a RIot.
This stuff isnt over. Cause the other night he followed some girls I was hangin out with home on 581 he boxed them in with a friend. DOin about 50+. Thats just not gona fly and If he gets in my face again Im gona set it off. We'll see where it goes from there. For all I know I could get my *** kicked. Im not gona go into with that in my head though. And Im for damn sure gona TRY to hurt him before his goones show up this time.
