some of those are rediculous. I can get 1 point for speeding, and 3 for not yeilding to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. that makes alot of sence

Huh, I can get up to 18 points before I need a hearing to see if my lisence will be suspended. Thats a lot more than I thought.

hmm... so that's why I don't have any points any more... got written up for donuts in the snow a few years back, 3pts... apparently, PA has an incentive thing... don't get ticketed for 12 months and you get 3pts off your record

 

I think it makes sense... I was walking across the street today and a car just whizzes by, right in front of me (within 2 feet). I consider it wreckless driving because she had no regard for my life. Good thing I just got off my bike and still had my helmet on.
