Please F**k me in the A** one more time
Man..i got pulled over for going 85 in a 65 just last night on may way to work...He asked what the hurry was, i told him the truth. i was going to be late for work. and im already on a short leash with em'. and apologized. he didnt even check my stuff he just said "ok, just slow it down a little" and i was on my way. he also told me the fine would have been $190. cops around here give alot of warnings tho.
ya damn undies.............undercovers
buddy got pulled by one cause he sped off at a light cause the a-hole was stayin right beside us at all the lights which was weird then when he hit his lights i was like ooooooo thats why

I hear ya about the ticket man. i have my final court date on the 15th of next month. ( i got the ticket on the 28th of march ) luckily it was my first one and with defensive driving school and a few other things i got it down by 20 MPH so now if the court stays to there word i will only get 64 however, that should get dropped down to improper vehicle component with some evidence i have. you will be fine just try to bargain with the DA and usually it works well. good luck.
Should have just told him the truth. I got pulled over doing 39 over on I95, didn't give the trooper any Bs story and when my court date came up I talked to him outside the courthouse. He talked to the judge and I got no points just a $90 fine.
this is gods way of telling you not to mess around with ex's
and you only got a kiss.
as far as the ticket goes. take it to court if you want.
but PLEASE for you own good, think up a better excuse then a sticky throttle.
even if its true, it sounds dangerous, like, i would have slowed down but my brakes don't work.

Well, I think I could use a PJC, but with as many people in my immediate family, and my driving record, it'd end up bein broken real quick, so probably not worth trying, lol
and ex's are tricky business, we'll see how it goes, we're not officially doin anything yet but i dont think it'll be long

i got pulled over when i was driving an SRT-8 charger for 120 mph on a backroad. the cop laughed and said if he drove one he would have done the same thing. there is only 1 cop around here who gives tickets and he has caught me 3 times. and all three times.. tickets! yay. The charger is the first car i have owned that isnt SLOW and RWD. gotta have some fun right?
hey man, i didnt read all the replies but i just wanted to let you know if your over 18 then there is no point in going to court, they will not throw it out and even if the fine got reduced, which it wont, then you have to pay court costs for wasting their time which is another fifty or so bucks. Just pay the buck fifty and move on with life. He didnt buy your story and a judge wont give a shiit if you were late for your space shuttle launch to the moon, 19 over is way beyond the get off easy stage. I just had one for 18 over, no traffic, no bad weather, 2am, and i talked to my uncle(a cop) he said dont bother fighting it, at that point they will want to stick you even harder if you try to fight it so that you learn a lesson, letting you off easier would just be encouraging law breaking, and thats not their goal. Dont waste your time. just pay it.
^ and yes sticky fuel stuff will get you all kinds of fines for reckless endangerment, and there are a dozen other things they can stick you with for driving a vehicle that is not safe for the road. for future reference, never blame the vehicle or gravity my first ticket was for 17 over when i was coasting down a huge hill and i told the judge that and she said "well you have breaks kid, wake up and pay attention to what your doing, if i see you again im going to take your license" they dont usually have sympathy.
Have fun

^^^ Not true, at least here in NJ, if you go to court fora speeding ticketmore often than not they will reduce it. Then again here in NJ if you get a ticket reduced you get stuck with a $250 surcharge, but in msot cases paying the surcharge is better than the points and having your insurance go up... especially cause its already rediculous in NJ
