Only If You Get Caught

straight from the bill that passed
a first violation of aggravated operating a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel is a petty offense with a minimum fine of $1,000, a second violation is a Class A misdemeanor with a minimum fine of $2,500, and a third or subsequent violation is a Class 4 felony with a minimum fine of $5,000

I would agree with you Thrasher, you could always argue "wheels is plural and I had one wheel on the ground". It will go to court and loose, then they will change the wording.
The way they should have worded it is" Either front or rear or both wheels off ground".

In Ontario they have the Stunting law which includes
50km/hr over
1 Wheel off the ground
Filtering
Racing
weaving through traffic
or anything else the cop wants to say you did.
The Punishment:
Roadside vehicle seizure for minimum 7 days
30 day license suspension
That is before you have a chance to prove your innocence (Just on the cops word)
Then after court you are looking at a $5,000 fine, 1 year license suspension and/or up to 1 year in jail.
I would love to get that $1,100 fine and call it a day lol.
