In IL, we have a drunk driver hotline you can use to report erratic driving. I do it to everyone who pulls some bull**** in front of me, drunk or not. Just call in their plate, and sound all concerned and say they're driving really erratically and aggressively. They dispatch an officer to try and hunt them down in the path you reported. If they do, in fact, get convicted of DUI, you get $100!
