wow PLEASE tell me the damn reporter f-ed up.. cuz it says only the husband was arrested and charged with the crime.. and US MEN know its always the girls fault! plus that btch was drivin

I'm not sure but from the way the article sounds they are both going to be charged but the lady isn't out of the hospital yet and the husband is, thats why he is the only one charged so far. not sure but that was my take on it

makes sense... ay but did you guys hear about this "bad ***" harley rider than ran a stop sign at 75 mph and hit a little girl and her dad.... little girl didnt make it.. but her dad did.. i teared up when i saw it on the news. The rider was RUI. riding under influence. this happened in Cali.
