not my best weekend
no to scare you woody, but a friend of mine broke his collar bone in a quad racing event, and it healed overlapping like an inch, it sticks out under the skin its kinda cool and gross at the same time....i hope they take appropriate measures to get your lined up ok.
lol here is the x-ray from yesterday (one week after the crash):
definitely not quite how a collarbone is supposed to heal! I knew I had heard some popping and grinding in that area but I didn't realize it was THAT bad

the first thing my doctor said when he walked in the exam room was "have you taken a pain pill yet this morning?" I hadn't because I didn't sleep well the night before and didn't want to sleep through my appointment, so I said "no, not yet"
He asked me, "do you need one?" in a very serious manner that confused me. I said, "no, thanks. I'll get one when I get home why?"
doc - "are you sure you don't want to take a loritab?"
I said "no, I'm really okay. Whats the deal, doc?"
Then he showed me the above x-ray and I immediately understood why he kept asking if I needed a pain pill! lol
