Also +1452523 on that back straight at Road Atlanta being scary... it's 5000 feet long so I'm sure you weren't going slow.
That track gave you a woody now you gave it one!
thanks guys, I'm back home (actually got home Sunday but this is the first time I've been off the loritabs enough to post anything readable lol)
My dad sent my bike back with GMD (tripples, subframe and possibly forks are bent) before I got out of the hospital and they left Friday afternoon so I haven't seen the bike since the crash. They said it will probably be about 3 weeks until they're done with it (GMD Atlanta is moving so they're a little backed up)
anyway, the collarbone is a clean break so it should heal up fairly fast. I haven't had any siezures so the bruises on my brain should be nothing (doc says it'll take a month or two for them to go away completely and I might have some memory problems until then)
I still don't remember any of the crash (at all) but from what I've been told I landed on my head and was knocked right out. Funny thing was the ambulance got lost on the way to the hospital (my mom was riding with us so you can imagine how well she took that lol)
It also sucks because I bought that Ducati Monster a couple weeks ago and was waiting until after this race weekend to get to ride it, now it'll be at least 3 weeks before I get to dammit!
I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow so hopefully I'll get a better idea about how long before I can ride again, I just hope they get me a better sling, this crazy contraption I'm in now is killing me!
Unfortunately, because its my right arm and I'm right handed I'm not able to do much of anything. I work for my dad so I can still show up and do a little bit and not lose too much $ but I definitely can't do what I normally do
anyway, thanks for the kind words and support, I appreciate it!

well this is f'ed up
the hospital in ATL gave me a sling for my arm and told me to keep it pretty tight
i get to my doctor today and have some new x rays made and the 2 pieces of bone are overlapping by about 3/4"! Turns out the sling was wedging the outside piece underneath the inside piece.
My doc said as long as I don't wear that sling anymorevit should still heal on its own without plating it but now it'll probably be 8 weeks instead of 6!
CRAP!
