im 37, 6'2" and 235 lbs also never have any problems being comfy on my 06 1krr only complaint i got is being a big dude, i have slight issues using the mirrors and have to move my arms to use them. just a word or caution, a 1krr is alotta bike for someone who "knows how to ride"

The best thing to do is instill enough muscle memory into your brain on a bike that's relatively uncomplicated. Then, when you're used to the physical requirements of street riding, get a bike that fits...

well yesterday i went to a dealer and sat on a 600. to me both bikes feel the same position wise. thank you all that put you input on this and you have been a HUGE help

I have to do the same on my 600, and im not a big dude...

I don't know if this helps, but i'm 6'0" -225 and ride an F4i (2005). I have extra long legs and have absolutely no problem in commuting/city riding, twisties and long jaunts 200 miles +. That bike does it all.
