motorcycle for a 3 yr old
Get it for him! HC will stress gearing up and keep a watchful eye on him. The sooner he learns to respect a motorized vehicle, the better off you will be with him driving at 16. You never know he could ride it for a little while and never want to get on a bike a again. Only time will tell.
I definitely say get it. It would be a good way to learn safety and responsibility while getting to enjoy/respect his very own motorcycle. Like Jay said, it will be his most favoritist toy ever!
P.S.- Look out HC sher is shooting at you!

Good to see you back posting, swt poet !
Here's a little story you may enjoy - my late Dad had a 5 acre place,up in a place called Fourways, near Johannesburg. and next door was a local chemist (drugstore owner to you ?) Anyway, the chemist had a son, and had built the little guy an offroad track around his place. It used to drive my late Dad nuts, the little guy wailing around this track on a really tiny offroad bike - non stop, all day every day- couldn't have been more than 4 at the time, and called my late dad Uncle Pete. They moved to the States a while later.
Little boy's name is Greg Albertyn - ring any bells ?
In short, my response -
Buy him a little bike - HC would never let anything happen to the lad. Good chest and head protection to go with the cute boots and stuff they have for the littlies nowadays. Don't be too protective - his Dad's a warrior - what d'you expect.........

It really wouldn't be that hard to mock up some training wheels for one of those. Actually. You could probably go to walmart and pick up a set for $5 and modify em' a bit so they can handle a bit higher speeds. Or just make your own from parts from any auto parts store. Then once you see him on it and feel hes comfortable take those things off and let him go. DOOO IITTTT
