if you can find the whole series of pics, it looks like the girl was pushing the cart down the street and mr. hero comes up and offers her a ride. hafta see if i can track them down somewhere...

 

Wait until the trolley hits a small stone with the roadside wheels -
Groceries EVERYWHERE.................
