The Icon Merc/Stealth gloves are good quality for the money. They aren't classified as a "winter-glove" but they are thicker than many other gloves...but not so thick that they can't be used yr-round. They are definitely warmer than standard riding gloves. They look good too.

I have these. I ride about 30-40 minutes to and from school and my hands stay warm. They have thinsulate in them. If you look around you could probably get another 10 percent off the coretech sites price.

Funny, I have those gloves and just cant grow to like them, just don't fit right with my jacket and kinda bulky. But for warmth, you need bulk. Live and learn. I envy the heated grip guys, wish I had some!

Seems Timmy's a Mainer like myself (kinda ) up here in the depths of winter we
tend to go with pretty thick jackets and and not all gloves fit around the the jacket
cuffs all that good ....... bit if trial and error involved finding the right glove to fit
in my experience.

Silk inner gloves inside your std gloves.
Good down to temps where the rest of your body won't take it...................

Harbor Freight $12.00...Mechanix glove knock-off. All leather/ neoprene palm and fingers. Ive used them riding in cold weather and work through the winter outside doing construction and they are great gloves.
