love the weather...?
i have only been caught out in slight showers, nothing too bad. however, i was driving home one day with my brother in the cage, and the skies just closed up and a huge storm unveiled. it was pouring on us like we were friggin noah! wind was blowing viciously enough to make me fight to get to the car. of course then i see a fellow rider having to deal with this, knowing that he didnt plan on it raining cause of the way it came out of nowhere. sucks for him. but of course, he didnt have any gear on buy a lid.
Tornado warning day coming back from class, i could see the storm coming my way i was running parallel to it. Thought i could out run it too the next highway that would turn directly away from it, where i lived. Went for it but didnt make it doin around 110 or so, started to hail, wind like hell (who would've thought during a nado, damn) not fun.

Live across from seattle, the two months of sumer is the nicest weather anywhere, but the other 10 months get pretty nasty, from oct to may it rains all the time, last year it rained for 53 days straight and didn't get above 50 degrees. So, cold, windy rain on a daily basis is a norm for me, not too bad as long as you wear good gear. The only time I drive my truck is if I have an inspection and don't want to mess up my uniform from wearing my gear over it.
It all ended up good, few bruises on the knuckles from hail, forgot my gloves. Won't forget those again. On the plus side i got away from the worst of the hail, my friend had a 2 month old SVT lightning, it got hail damaged pretty nice. So i guess my idea to out run it wasn't all bad. Just stupid ha ha
