I'd say the guy on the cross walk wins. Crashing a car when you're drunk has nothing to do with luck

 

No, but having your wheel go bouncing down the middle of a roadway like 75 feet and striking a pedestrian breaking his leg and going from a DUI to a DUI plus some sort of vehicular assault or whatever they called it does.

 

That's not luck either that's karma. Lol. Instant karma. The other guy either had bad luck. Bad karma or a bit of both. :P
