I dropped by to visit my parents today. When I got there I parked my bike behind a truck in the driveway. A little later my Dad got into the truck to move it and backed into my bike. I was parked close enough to the truck that my bike couldnt be seen in the mirrors. So now I have a bent side stand and a cracked front fender.

 

Yep always park where you will be seen. Classic case of a tipover.

 

At least it didn't F up the upper fairing. A ne'used fender is relatively cheap, the upper, not so.

 

Thats nothing. I've backed my moms car into my dads twice and my mom backed her car into my truck once [its a bad driveway]. Sounds like you got away pretty easy. A new front OEM painted fender is only like $150.
