Hey all I was recently involved in an accident on my CBR in which i was not at fault. I will be filing a lawsuit against the driver who hit me for medical bills, the cost of the bike, my gear, and pain and suffering. I want to find a GOOD lawyer with experience in motor vehicle accidents, and preferably one with motorcycle experience in the area of Central Jersey. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
