Screen broke or something. He was trying to replace the screen and films under it. I think it didn't get on good. So he has to heat it up again and move it or something. I have no idea.

 

I replaced the LCD screen yesterday which was easy. I'm now trying to get the little audio jack/power button/volume button flex cable back in... It's quite fidgety. Replacing the camera was a breeze, just pop the old one out and pop the new one in.

I broke a very small connector though.. On the video it looked like the latch popped up from the top but it popped up from the buttom.. Ripped the whole thing off. I'll probably get it to work though, we'll see (I think it's for the ear speaker). As long as I can get my data off I'll be fine since I'm buying the 3Gs anyway.
