call him again and if he doesn't pick up leave a message saying you have a few questions about the Ferrari. when he calls back... ask his cheatin' *** why he hasn't paid you back yet.

I feel for ya'. I got screwed over on a newignition advance kit for my bike on ebay.. I won the bid at $2 plus $15 for shipping. I had to do a dispute thru pay-pal to even contact the guy. I got my refund( not that $2 means much). Then he emailed me saying "He lost it. sorry." Just the other week I was surfing ebay... guess what another kit got listed... Was for sale by a different seller.... Guess who the high bidder was.... The same dude I won one from before. I kept hiking the bid up on the last hour... Bumbass had to pay more than what the new price was for one. HaHaHa!!! Plus if you do a dispute thru paypal I think it gives you the mailing address to the seller (can't remember). It'd suck to have a ferrari melt in someones driveway.......

Sorry Bushy! For the most part, Ebay is a great place to get what you need. We have all had great experiences there, but it is a drag to hear about a person getting screwed. Just be persistent is all I can say. A couple hundred bucks is nothing to sneeze at. Good luck!

I had a similar issue with a seat cowl for my 2000 F4. I won the item and when I tried to pay the goof their paypal account was messed up. After about a month of trying everything to get the item, their account was closed. It really pissed me off, cause the seat cowl was about half the price and in good shape.
