human weapon
The only round I've ever seen create any kind of expansion on the level in which you're speaking is a 50 caliber BMG round at close range. And what I mean by close is under 100 yards there is a much darker side to this whole conversation and I will not comment beyond this statement
We'll if you ever see actual footage from the bank robbery in LA about 8 years ago, you will see what I am talking about. No, it doesnt explode, but you can see the head inside the mark expand to where his eye popped out and and skin lacerations from streching. No sh**. But thats just me.
Tonight episode of human weapon was on the United States Marine Corps Martial Arts Program and I had often wondered throughout the series. If these guys actually got the roughest of the roughest treatment or if it was taking easy on them kind of rules well, I don't have to wonder anymore because the answer is just as master gun Frank's said your already got the easy course and your lollygag around I had heard that they had been told to go a little easy on them and there were some rules given to the Marines that would be interacting with them , but I didn't realize it would be kid gloves all the way. I'm just pissed

i have recorded every show on my dvr and pretty much watch it religiously. the show is pretty damn cool in the fact that it shows alot of different fighting styles, most of which people have no clue about. def like learning the history behind it. favorite one was the muay thai one so far since i try and practice a bit of it myself. the one about escrima was pretty damn cool to, kinda makes u think next time u see a guy wit a twig lol.
been looking into taking aikido lately, gonna sign up after i get back from my vaca to maryland wit my friend. cant wait really. think its gonna be a whole new experience for me since ive only done boxing and a lil muay thai here and there.
Yes I do not discredit the show for its look at the diverse styles from all over the world. That's basically what MCMAP did took the best of every style add put it all together without philosophy behind any style and worked it together into a cohesive program. There are few former MCMAP instructors who are now running their own schools will not recommend anyone individually. But if you're looking for a real world application style. You'll find none better and you honestly did not get a truly in-depth look at the program itself. Last night on human weapon. You did get a broad sense of what the program is about and how hard it is. But not a clear look at the technique and style itself

ive taken a few different martial arts programs. boxed for 8 yrs. unfortunately the army only offers what we call "combatives" its a weak form of brazilian jiu jitsu. phases 1-3 teach you just enough to get your head big and *** whooped. im waiting to go to phase 4. ive always wanted to do krav maga. my wife has been doing it for a little while now. she likes it. when i get back im going to try my hand at muay thai.
