I love it. It is not my weapon of choice for concealing, but it is a naildriver. I have never liked a sub-compact. If i wanna go smaller, i go revolver. Just imo. here is my latest purchase.....

ruger s&p 357. This gun packs and handles SAWEET!

Itraded two of my colts to get my bike, colt viper and colt anaconda. Both of them were a nickel finish. The colt viper was a crappy shooting gun, so they only made it a year (i believe) because of that it is worth alot of $. Iwouldnt get rid of my python, I might trade it for a 1 liter......if anyone is interested.....hehehe

Well I'm constantly going on about the 10 and realized I have never posted a picture of it here's a picture of my 10 mm Smith a 1026 she's the rarest of the Smiths and has doubled in value but it's a daily carrier for me also check the second pic this is the only around ever outlawed by Congress and pulled from the shelves the black talent if I can find the 9 mm we fired into a gel pack I'll take a picture of it so you can see the expansion and how devastating it truly is

I don't know a whole lot on handguns. Could you recommend a round that would be suitable for home defense purposes, a punisher bullet if you will. I have 100 rounds of some cheaper ammo to send down range tommorow to get a feel for the new .40, but when it is sitting bedside i would like a better bullet in the clip then these field shots. Black talents are obviously out of the question so what is a good suitable replacement for a damage dealer.

My memory is really fuzzy I think the black talent was loaded for the 40 Cal and was available in limited quantities but here's an ideal if you could find someone willing to donate or pick up some 10 mm ammo let's say in the black talent flavor since the 10 and the 40s share the same diameter you could possibly have the black talent reloaded on a40 Cal case you probably would have to load it to maximum breach pressure for your particular model to get the full effect I would think a good hand loader could clarify this issue . so the black talent is not out of the question just would require some work either way the medical profession was whining about theamount of damage done by those six wonderful clause when they were trying to remove it not to mention that massive 60 caliber hole it cut on its way in

Hardcorp this question is for you if you can input.

I know, but the best gun for the money, but that happens to be short now.
I want to buy another 1911 copy, i say copy becuase of the price.

I have looked mainly at the springfield ww2 reps mainly becuase i love the styling.

rock island, springfield, llama, any recomendations on a lower end 1911 preferably compact?
