Sounds like something that nobody would encourage or condone lol, but either way if the stamp looks ok, I couldn't see anyone saying anything about it. If you have a free and clear title, they might not even look at the bike. In Ohio if you have an out of state title, you have to get it inspected, (cars anyway) but they only right down the mileage. What do you mean by COD?

Not to be rude, but you're basically saying you're trying to get a salvaged frame a clear title now?
