I would have to guess also that an officer probably did not see the black bike that was terrorizing the area. It was probably some old lady half scared out of her mind when someone came screaming by on one wheel. So she calls and tells them what she knows, which is next to nothing.

 

I bet you there was no report of the other bike. I let my friend take a quick ride on my bike one night cause he missed his bike. Then I went home. Riden through the center of town doing nothing wrong I got pulled over. Said he had a report of bike tearing around. I told him it must of been my friend. When I got home I called my friend and he claimed he didnt speed and even saw a cop on his ride who didnt pull him over. I didnt beleive him till my other friend called me and asked if I had just got pulled over. He heard on the scanner that the cop just didnt think a bike should be ridin at that time of year. It was Feburary in Massachusetts I ride all year round (as long as theres no snow or ice) cause I cant afford to insure a car during the college schoolyear (mass pays highest insurance rates in country). This really pissed me off cause the cop made me stand around for 15 minutes in the cold when I was 2 minutes from my house. I hate the cops in my town, I am always respectful to them cause being a dick only makes things worse but they just love to harrass anyone they can whos under the age of 30.( Im 20)
