ground mustard?

dont you love the jack bbq sauce, its great. if you get to try the budweiser one, its really good too.

doesnt beer make the best for marinades?

You know what else work s good is plain yogurt. The little active enzimes or whatever break down the meat. Good for overnight in the fridge along with your favorite spices.

Yes ground mustard. it's a dry powder you can find on any spice isle at the grocery store.


I'll have to dig up my bourbon sauce recipe. Holy ********* it's gooooood!

Stuffed jalapenos

Cut the top off of the jalapeno and cut out the guts and seeds.
Stuff with pepperjack cheese, chopped jalapenos and bacon bits.
I make my own bits from real bacon.
Deep fry for about 1-2 minutes.

For extra hot substitute chopped jalapeno for chopped habanero.

+1000 on the stuffed peppers tiwe do the same recipie, time handed down recipie w\ vinision is a simple 50/50 w\ spicey jimmy dean sausage, pan fry , and serve as bugers, before everyone screams ,i know that everybody knows about that , just cant help saying it. this time of year theres a lot of game meat avail. a buddy has been playing with different deer jerky recipies, num-num-yummy. ill try to get the latest recipie if anyone wants. its fantastic.
