Damn! Glad your mom's ok! I have absolute zero tolerance for drunk drivers. Trouble is, most habitual dd's just won't stop driving, with or without a license. There was one guy in the UK that kept getting locked up for dd and no license. Each time he got out, within 24 hours he was back in again! Makes me want a little Islamic justice; chop their hands off, then see what happens.
