Reading that almost brougth tears to my eyes. Why in the hell can't people just drink at home or get a DD like I do? I mean it's not that hard. Now three fellow bikers are gone and most important peoples loved ones are gone. If some drunk driver Killed my Debi they would not have to worry about jail-I would be the one there.

Lets all take a leasson for all this and not drink and driver/ride.

For one night of fun MR Lowe has to now spend the rest of his life in prison and have to live with the fact that he killed thoes people. I sure hope he enjoyed thoes drinks.

Yeah very true. Us as tax payers have to support this man for the next 38 years or till he dies. Even when they sentance some on to death they end up sitting on death row for many years. I say take his *** out and put him in the middle of the road and have a speeding truck hit his *** and see how he likes it.

38yrs is hardly justice for killing 3 people and nearly killing a 4th but at least he's off the streets. I think running him over with a truck is a little harsh but I do firmly believe the death penalty would be fitting as well as carrying it out quickly. Why should we damage a truck to do what we have any number of devices designed for justsuch anoccasion.

It is three life sentences to run concurrently. He wasnt convicted of murder in the first which would mean no parole. No matter what that guy will probably not get out of jail because he is not guaranteed parole. It is a very sad story and it is great that the family testified at his sentencing. Even though that will never bring their loved ones back that should hopefully help to close some doors.
