Glad to read the bike is still safe. If the cops got the plate info they'll track down the guys as most likely they have other stolen stuff in their posession and they can get caught with the stuff. Who knows, maybe ou just spotted the guys in a stolen truck that the cops have been looking for.

Glad you stoped them. it could have gone bad 3 to 1, but they ran so it's all good. I mean what dumb asses to try to steal a bike in broad daylight. They should get a job-not be out trying to steal others stuff that they worked hard to get. I hope they burn in hell.

That really sucks! Lucky that you got to intervene, though. You're like, what, a half hour from the Mexican border? You've got a nice looking bike, sucks that it makes it attractive to scumbags. I got a serius alarm, with a proximity function. Anyone gets near my bike and she sounds off. Glad you and the bike are okay. Pace, Gris.

ORIGINAL: 350z_and_CBR

what the hell Fox.....why were you frustrated????????????????????????? Dude, i'm not saying im a badass or anything but if i EVER catch someone tries to touch or sit on my Bike with out my permission (NOT EVEN TO THE POINT WHERE THEY ARE ABOUT TO STEAL IT)...I would of bust his/thier assssss up. I always carry a gun with me no mater where i'm at. I wouldn't shoot the mother f**ker but probably shoot a bunch of gunshots in the air then beat the **** out of him after he's frightened by my gunshots. Dammmmmmmmmmmmnbn, that irritates me how you said you were just WATCHING and TRIED to take PICTURES with your Phone. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
If you kill someone for trying to steal your bike, then:
1-you have to live with that for the rest of your life (but it doesn't sound like you would care)
2-They are sad people with no morals and they will likely have pissed off friends looking for revenge
3- you will probably loose your butt-cherry while serving time for murder (or attempted murder, manslaughter, etc)

hindsight is always 20-20 so imo you should disregard the comments about what others would do had they been in your shoes... im not discrediting the others and saying they are a bunch of punks but you handled it your way and got the outcome you wanted! all in all, it blows that u had to experience something like that, but lets hope you learn from it and thats really all we or anyone else can ask for...

+1 on getting that lojak... also you should consider getting a concealed weapons permit... (if u do, that doesn't mean going around flashing it cuz chances are they got guns too)

one other note: thugs are always looking for a quick buck whether its selling drugs, hustlin bootleg movies/cds, selling your neighbor's kid's bicycle, or even welfare and this should be of no surprise to anyone

*i'm not condoning this type of behavior but its a fact that these people exist, so accept it, and make your decisions based on that...
