So the cops didn't care since they only 'tried' to steal it? What would happen if I 'tried' to rob a bank?

Glad they didn't get it. When 911 is not an option, Smith and Wesson is.
That's one of the reasons I DO CARRY THIS!

I parked next to an aparilla 650 this morning. I felt that my naked F3 was pretty much safe.

not shure how the law works on this, but the moment they grabbed it, wasn't the bike in their possesion at that moment? a good lawyer could argue that it was grand theft auto even for all of 5 seconds. Then againg the same good lawyer could argue that they where only going to move the bike over to take over your parking space because that's the kind of inconsiderate asshats they are.

Either way. I'mshure it worked out better, not getting your bike stolen than being able to have police be able to do something about it but you still have to deal with the damage and possibly the repair of your bike if not worst.

The DMV should be able to track the registration of that car, you might want to have that address just in case. But dont go to it for any reason what so ever. People ike that have a way of living ammong people that are just like them or worst. and if anything goes down, NOBODY ever sees anything.

Well even though they had put their hands on the handlebars, they had so far not committed any crime. Even though we all know what they were planning on doing, it wouldn't stand up in court. No Officer is going to take the time to charge them with this, when they know it's not going to hold up in court.

Now, if you had waited for a couple seconds and let them start lifting it on the truck while utilizing the video function on your phone, you would have quite a bit of evidence and they couldn'treally talk their way out of that one. But who wants to do that? You coulda just gone out and gunfaced them

I would have went out there not yelling but approach quietly and just started kicking ***...but I sure wouldn't have waited long enough to call the police...when the adrenaline starts going some crazy **** starts happening
