zeh seals are cheap...zeh laborz iz bling...
no need to rebuild if you're stunning...like swapping out stiffer springs, etc...when i swapped to the correct spring rate for my weight, my wheelies suffered...then i got married, and my wheelies suffered even more...then we had our baby...and my wheelies are non-existant.

Yeah, what Tahoe said... seals themselves are like $15. Fork oil is like $15. Labor is about $230 depending on how much your tech charges per hour.

Flush the fork oil and replace the seals with new fork oil. Easy to do standard forks.....

Should be a 3 hour max job if you have all the parts, tools and ability.

All of the above, just make sure you keep everything clean & dust free, take your time. Good luck.

I will be tearing mine apart.... again, this weekend. do me a favor, when you pull your fork springs out, post up which end of the spring is up.
the manual has conflicting instructions.

The picture of the dissambled forks show the end with the coils close together facing up,
the diagram of how to put them together, shows the closer together coils facing down,
and the instructions say to put the tapered(?) end facing up.

when I pulled my foks apart a couple of weeks ago, the close coils were down, and based on the instructions, I thought they were in backwards,
so I put them closer together facing up. Im not sure if it makes a difference, but my forks arent quite right, and I am wondering if the direction
of the springs have anything to do with it.
