Yes, like everyone says just take your time ..theres no rush is there?? ..doesnt really matter how long it takes so long as you stay safe and enjoy it ..when you do feel upto it though I really would like you to learn counter steering if you arent familiar already ..*that* can be a life saver!!

this wasn't mention, ALWAYS SLOW DOWN FOR INTERSECTIONS, GAS STATIONS, AND STORES!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't tell you how many people have pulled right out in front of me or turned right in front of me in these locations. Assume the people are the biggest ******** and are the dumbest people in the world and drive around them like you would if they were. Slowing down just 5 or 10 Mph and getting your fingers over that clutch and brake can make all the difference
very good advice that was givin me by a wise man: you will find your self going too fast into a corner remember look where you want to go! simple but let me explain, if you look at the ditch, you start to drift to it. i believe its called object fixation, and i found this out by riding with way more experienced riders and my confidence grew, however i found my entrance speed into a corner way to fast for my ability and i layed my F2 down in a muddy ditch. that was 16 years ago and now on my 900rr i still speak under my helmetLOOK WHERE YOU WANT TO GO- . good luck, wear your gear, and watch out for traffic, cause they are the ones that dont see you!and all the above advice is well stated.
