talked to me dad this morning and he told me yesterday in hagerstown a tractor trailer was getting off of the highway and just merged into traffic not looking and ran over a guy on a sport bike that was just riding in his lane minding his own business... he didnt see it happen but rode up about 30 seconds after it happened... before paramedics got there.... so far all i know is that he got flown to shock trauma... and is in stable condition... keep him in you prayers.

yea i just read the article and it said that the back tires ran over him and broke both his femur(sp) bones in half. he is in stable condition now. the truck got charged with recless driving... shoulda put that f%cker in jail

 

a member on another cbr forum was killed this morning. no details as of yet, but based on what I seen in his post counts, he was 28yrs old and just got the bike in the last couple of weeks.

 

Hmmm. Seems like they only hand out reckless driving to sport bikers doin 80 in a 45 while avoiding an intoxicated driver. My best to the rider and trucker, I wasn't there; I don't know.
