i work with ebay for a living shill bidding (meaning bidding that artificially increases an item’s price or apparent desirability) It sucks when that happens. But what also sucks is when someone wins a bid and never pays for it.. that just happened to me yesterday [:@] Sorry about your experience menefreghista. Just keep looking you'll eventually find it for the price you want to pay.

I have had twice that some *** would run up the bid on an item of mine, then not pay for it. Then I had to go back to the other bidders and do a second chance only after it took about 7 or 10 days to file the correct stuff with ebay for a none payment. I really like the deals I have gotten thre but i get tired of some of the bs also.

its been over a month that I've been monitoring the items I want on ebay and today I noticed that a few of the usernames used by bidders keep on popping up repeatedly time after time ...

My friends granpa was a shill in Vegas 50 some years ago. He was employed by the casino to sit at tables that were low or empty, and also to run up bets wherever possible. That was the overt gangster days.

I bid hike for my friends [&o]
That's the exact idea i had when someone came into the bid and spiked down a big chunk. Me and another person were betting for an upper cowl, and were are going back and forth 410,415,420 etc....then some random person comes in and kicks it up to like 585 or some crap. I just left the bid and so did the other guy. I just thought it might have been the bidders buddy cause who would 1 come in and pay that much for that thing and 2 put down that much when it wasn't necessary?
