Yeah, though people aren't supposed to , they have someone else create a bid war with you to jack the price up, and then do exactly what just happened to you with the second chance buy and send something western union. Keep trying to contact ebay, and if you get nothing, get the seller's name and report him to the Better Businessmen's Bureau, probably the best chance of getting your money back. I personally have been turned off to ebay for electronics after recieving fake copys of playstation games( yes playstation, not PS2 or PS3, this happened a while ago), and getting screwed out of money. But I still use ebay alot for almost everything else, especially stuff for my bike. Best of luck to you, hope everything works out.
